What Should I Pack?Don't leave home without the following: • Your Bible, notebook, and a pen • Sunscreen, workout clothes, tennis shoes, and water bottle • Team colors (e.g., shirts, shorts, flags, face paint, etc.) Things to leave at home: Weapons, bad attitudes, drugs, juuls and vapes, alcohol, lighters, and revealing clothing and bathing suits.
-
What Happens If I Have To Cancel?Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. If your teenager can no longer attend RUSHCONF25, you can send someone in their place by connecting with Pastor Von at vcraver@hillschurchnm.com
-
What kind of financial aid is available?Email the RUSH Conference Team for any Financial Aid or Sponsorships available at vcraver@hillschurchnm.com.
-
What safety precautions will be taken?Protecting our teenagers is our number one priority. Here's what you can expect: • Every adult serving in our youth ministry is required to have a CHECKR background check and complete a mandatory Safety Awareness Training. • We'll have a team dedicated to keeping your youth safe during every part of the event. These include security staff and volunteers, medics, and registered nurses.
-
What are Medication Protocols?• Youth who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag. • Youth will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication. • If a teenager needs help with their medication, their Group Leader can help administer it with parent consent. • All medications must be documented during check-in at the Hills Church campus.
-
Questions? If you have any questions, contact the RUSH Conference team at vcraver@hillschurchnm.com.
